Above Said Puppy/Dog has Been VET CHECKED and Issued a NYS Licensed Veterinary HEALTH CERTIFICATE. Puppy has Been Given Shots Up to Date & All Scheduled Dewormings for His or Her Age.Puppy said to be FREE of Disease or Illness at Time of Sale/Delivery or Pick Up. We Require you take your New Puppy to a LICENSED VETERINARY within 72HR of Arrival/Pick up. If any Problems it MUST be brought to our Attention Immediately. **Shipping Costs,Vet Bills and other other expences will NOT be Refunded.**
Buyer Shall provide Seller with a Written Letter from their Licensed Veterinary with reason for puppy to be said Un-Healthy. Stress Related Problems will not be accepted as a reason if Puppy was Delivered by AIRLINE/CAR. *Shipping Via Airline or Car Transport can Cause Stress Related Problems*
If said Puppy/Dog has a Serious Health Condition Puppy will be Replaced with a Healthy Puppy/Dog. **NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN**
If there are No Available Puppies, You will be Updated with up-coming litters and a Puppy/Dog will be given then. (There is no Promise Date Available on Replacing a Puppy/Dog)
We Do Not Consider Mild Heart Murmurs to be a Serious Health Problem. We will ONLY Replace puppy with a Heart Murmur if he/she Dies from a Heart Failure before they reach Age 2.
You Must Notify us at time of Initial Vet Visit that your Vet Discovered a Heart Murmur. We Require Written Documents from the VET Stating if the Heart Murmur is either Severe or Mild.
We reserve the right to require a Second Opinion from another Veterinary at Buyers Expence as the Puppy was Checked & Cleared from our Vet Prior to Shipping & Purchase.
Imperfect Hip Sockets (Hip Dysplasia), Imperfect Bites, and Tails are also NOT Considered Health Issues. This Breed is now Considered a "BULLY" Breed and these dogs have Imperfections that are common within the Breed.If the pup develops a Life threatening illness prior to 6 months of age, Breeder is to be Notified Immediately. Breeder MUST be provided with written Documents from a Licensed Veterinarian containing diagnosis and prognosis for pup. We reserve the right to also require a Consultation with our Vet & Yours, the Final Diagnosis will be made by our Vet. 
Additional Shots and De-worming are the Responsibility of the Buyer. Any Pup Developing an Illness related to Lack of Shots or Deworming will NOT be Replaced. All others will be replaced with a pup of the Same Value from the first possible breeding. If pups available of greater value breeder will offer to deduct Original Purchase Price from the Amount of the Puppy. Buyer is to pay remainder Balance of the puppy Before the puppy is 7 weeks old. In NO Case will pups be replaced with one of greater value without difference being paid by purchaser.
Conditions which can be treated are also not covered by the guarantee. A necropsy may be required to confirm cause of death. If death is covered under our guarantee, seller will pay fee. If it is not found to be as a result of anything covered under our guarantee, buyer will be responsible for fee at time bill is due.
The blue coat coloring in most breeds is associated with skin problems. Blue coated dogs of all breeds can be more prone to Bacterial,viral,staph and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis,allergies,demodex, and color mutant alopecia. While some of these conditions are hereditary many of them are simply the result of the blue coat coloring. We have done research and have discussed all reasoning's with our Vet. As a result of our Findings and the opinions of our Vets we do not guarantee against any skin or coat problems, nor will we be responsible for skin & coat problems that are common for dogs with the blue coloring.Most of these coat problems are easily and inexpensively treated for around $25-$50 or less. Most Breeders will not tell you about these common problems but we feel you have the right to know.We have seen it produced in all Bloodlines/Colors but it is most common in blue coated breeds. Not all blue coated dogs will be effected by a skin problem but you must be prepared to treat your dog in the event that it occurs. We will not knowingly breed any dogs that is a producer of a skin disease. There are no tests available for these problems prior to signs of the infections.No pup will be replaced due to death or cosmetic issues related to ear cropping. We have no control over this and it is at your own risk to request your pups ears to be cropped prior to taking possession of the pup. (No refund or replacement will be given if pup dies during the above said statement) No puppy is guaranteed to be show quality or breedable at anytime during his/her life. If your pup develops flaws or uterine/testicle infections at anytime, we are not responsible and will not replace your puppy or adult dog for this.We do not guarantee that a perticular coat color and or pattern will be produced in any litter. That being said there are NO refunds.Deposits are not refundable for any reason but may be transferable only in the event that -
Sex of pup you requested is not produced, no pups are produced, not enough pups are produced to cover your pick, pup chosen dies or developes health problems before 8 weeks of age.
Deposits are no transferable due to color, deposits consist of any and all monies paid prior to pups being 7 weeks of age. Balance of pup is due at 7 weeks old. If shipping is needed, we will provide this service for an additional fee. * Shipping Fee depends on the Location the puppy is shipped to, Prices Varey and can change at any time * Shipping Includes Air Fare, Crate & Health Certificate which is required to ship. Pups can be shipped at 8 weeks of age, or they can be picked up, whichever you choose.
We make NO Guarantee on ear crops and we want you to be aware that a pup could die from being put to sleep. We require full payment by 7 weeks, Including all Extra's added on. (Ear Cropping, Vitamins, Merchandise, & Shipping)
